The apartment at this party-friendly location is spacious, with a lovely garden space and a roof top pool. It's only a 5-minute walk to the beautiful beach and Del Duque shopping center. The kitchen is fully equipped and the hosts provide a welcome selection of drinks and snacks. Free parking under the complex is a great perk.
Access to the property can be complicated and there were some noisy Italian neighbors.

The apartment was absolutely amazing - spacious, modern, and jaw-droppingly beautiful. The roof top pool was a dream come true and provided the perfect place to relax and soak up the sun. Mayta, the host, was incredibly kind and helpful in showing us around. It was a pleasant surprise to find cold drinks and snacks waiting for us in the fridge, making us feel right at home. The hot tub was a luxurious touch, adding an extra level of relaxation to our stay. The location couldn't have been better, with the most stunning beach and a shopping centre just a short 5-minute walk away. We had a great selection of restaurants within a 5-10 minute walk, including the delicious Baruskas for breakfast and two fantastic Italian options. The shopping centre was a perfect option for a full menu and even had a creperie. The garden space was absolutely lovely and we spent a lot of time enjoying the shade outside. Even though we had trouble with the WiFi initially, the owners quickly arranged for an engineer to fix it, which made our teenager very happy. The free parking under the complex was a great convenience. And to top it all off, the 24-hour shop just outside the main entrance was a fantastic bonus. We couldn't have asked for a better place to stay - it had everything we needed and more. Luis, our host, was extremely helpful and responsive, making our experience even more enjoyable. The apartment was impeccably clean and tidy, and the fully equipped kitchen was a bonus. All in all, we highly recommend this accommodation - it truly lives up to the pictures and exceeds all expectations.

During my stay at a wonderful accommodation in Costa Adeje, I was impressed with the key location and quiet surroundings. Just a short walk away, I found myself at stunning beaches like Playa Del Duque, Playa Torviscas, and Fanabe beach. The area was perfect for water sports enthusiasts too, with plenty of activities available at negotiable prices. One of the highlights of my stay was the well-equipped accommodation itself, complete with comfortable beds and a lovely patio. I particularly enjoyed the relaxation and dining facilities, as well as the jacuzzi and BBQ amenities. It was the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a delicious meal under the sun.
One aspect that caused a bit of inconvenience during my stay was the incorrect address provided on the website. This led to some confusion with the pre-booked taxi service, which could only take me to the original address.

I had a fantastic time staying in this accommodation. The location was ideal, with beautiful beaches like Playa Del Duque just a short walk away. The apartment itself was well-equipped and spacious, with comfortable beds and a lovely patio area complete with a jacuzzi and BBQ. The roof-top pool was a great addition, and the free parking was convenient. The host was also very accommodating, providing us with cold drinks and snacks upon arrival. The overall experience was amazing and I would highly recommend it.
It would have been more convenient if there were two sets of keys available for our party, as it was a bit of a hassle having to meet up to access the building and apartment.

The value for money at Eden Rentals Duke Paradise was exceptional. The apartment was spacious and well-equipped with comfortable beds, a fully fitted kitchen, and a relaxing patio area with a jacuzzi and BBQ. The location was perfect, in a nice and quiet area within walking distance of beautiful beaches and a variety of restaurants, bars, and shops. The staff treated us wonderfully, providing us with a bottle of Cava and ensuring we had all the necessary amenities.
The only minor suggestion I would have for improvement is to expand the menu for breakfast, offering a wider selection of options.

I stayed here with two friends for a few days at the end of April. We each had our own room, one of which had a comfy sofa bed. The rooms had blackout curtains and were clean and quiet. The staff left us a lovely welcome package with wine, water, beer, and snacks. The outdoor space was amazing, with a huge pool that we mostly had to ourselves. The complex also had a fantastic spa. Communication was easy and the Wi-Fi worked well. Highly recommend and would stay here again!
Can recommend this hotel.

I recently stayed at The Duke Paradise and had a fantastic time. The apartment was spacious and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. I especially loved the outdoor area, with plenty of space to relax and a hot tub to unwind in. The rooftop pool was also a great feature and I enjoyed having it all to myself most of the time. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the beautiful beach and a variety of restaurants and shops. The communication with the property was quick and easy, and they even provided some drinks and snacks upon arrival. I had a wonderful experience at The Duke Paradise and would highly recommend it.
I did experience a couple of drawbacks during my stay. there was no air conditioning in the apartment and it happened to be a hot week, so it got quite uncomfortable at times.
